EVACUATION CENTERS AND SHELTERS:

Red Cross Shelter: Trinity High School, 321 Victory Lane, Weaverville - Shelter, food, water, medical services

Valley Christian Center, 2831 Freeman St., Anderson - Shelter, food, water, medical services, clothing, diapers, toiletries, supplies.

Red Cross Shelter: Shasta College, 11555 Old Oregon Trail, Redding. As of Saturday (7/28), THIS SHELTER IS AT FULL CAPACITY, but available for drop-in services.

Red Bluff Vineyard Church, 738 Walnut St, Red Bluff. Day use only for Carr Fire evacuees. Offers food and water, air conditioning, water, bathroom facilities (no showers), and will have movies playing throughout the day. No overnight stays.

Red Cross Shelter: CrossPointe Community Church, 2960 Hartnell Ave. Redding - Shelter, food, water, medical services. CLOSING 8/4, TRANSFERRING TO SHASTA COLLEGE

Red Cross Shelter: Foothill High School, 9733 Deschutes Road, Palo Cedro - Shelter, food, water, medical services. CLOSING 8/4, TRANSFERRING TO SHASTA COLLEGE

Grace Baptist Church, 3782 Churn Creek Road, Redding. Clothes, food and water available. Must be a Carr Fire evacuee to stay at this site. Please bring photo ID. As of 8/1, THIS SHELTER IS AT FULL CAPACITY.

Rolling Hills Casino, 2655 Everett Freeman Way, Corning. Offers cots but must provide own bedding. As of Saturday (7/28), THIS SHELTER IS AT FULL CAPACITY, however, allows for RV parking.

CLOSED: Red Cross Shelter: Simpson University, 2211 College View Dr, Redding

ANIMAL EVACUATION SHELTERS:

Intermountain Fair, 44218 A Street, McArthur. Accepting horses and cattle. Has volunteers ready with livestock/horse trailers to assist with evacuations. Please call Michelle Titus 650-868-0302.

Haven Humane Society is accepting pets at their secondary evacuation center at Anderson Factory Outlets, four stores north of Mary’s Pizza Shack. Please bring all of your small animals (cats, dogs, etc.) to this location as the shelter is full. If possible, please bring them in crates.

Tehama District Fairgrounds, 650 Antelope Blvd, Red Bluff: Taking all animals.

Rolling Hills Casino, 2655 Everett Freeman Way, Corning. Accepting large animals, livestock and pets (cats and dogs). Call Terri, Equestrian Manager, 530-366-6386. Only taking large animals.

Gibson Ranch, 8556 Gibson Ranch Rd., Elverta. Accepting horses, donkeys and mules. Call Jeannie at 916-926-8156.

Trinity County Animal Control, 563 Mountain View St, Weaverville. Accepting pets for residents west of Trinity Mountain Road. Contact Trinity County Animal Control regarding other places to take animals, including large animals: 530-623-1370 (if after hours, contact 9-1-1). AT FULL CAPACITY.

OTHER: Living Springs RV and Lodging, 7185 Mill Creek Rd, Shingletown. Offering RV spaces with full hookups, tent camping and dry camping for $11/night. Bathrooms with showers. First come, first served. For questions call 530-474-1776.

Balls Ferry Fishing Resort: 23012 Ash Creek Rd, Anderson. Offering RV spaces with full hookups and tent camping. Only pay for utilities. Offering space for 3 days, then evaluate situation. Allows pets, but due to insurance restrictions can not take pit bulls, rottweilers, doberman pinschers, or German shepherds or any mixed breeds thereof. If you don’t have a tent, they may be able to help find one. Please call first: 530-365-8708.
